In The Japanese Restaurant, executive chef Dietmar Sawyere and his sushi masters tempt you with top-flight authentic Japanese dishes. Enjoy the very best cuisine at the sushi and sashimi bar. The modern five- to ten-course Kaiseki menus, a speciality of The Japanese Restaurant, ensure an authentic experience. The Japanese Restaurant has the most extensive sake selection in Switzerland. In 2017, our exclusive The Japanese Restaurant was awarded 1 Michelin Star and 16 Gault Millau points.
The Wine and Cigar Library
With Alpine chic and eating for fifty-plus, The Wine Library offers a worldwide selection of high-end wines. Guests can expect promotional wine tasting evenings featuring renowned wineries.
More intimate, The Cigar Lounge offers twelve seats around the roaring fireplace and confers an elegant residential ambience. The Pool
